Stay tuned for 2010 information! Cheering Director and coaches are needed for the upcoming 2010 season! 

Participants must wear comfortable athletic shorts and t-shirts (no jean shorts or tank tops), tie sneakers and sweat clothes with NO drawstrings. 

For the safety of the participants, NO jewelry will be worn at any time during practice, games, or tournaments.

Bring plenty of water to drink for each practice!
